The fact that this devoted fan of Titus has been found guilty of soliciting the murder of witnesses against Titus could be damning, unless Titus' lawyers can make the argument that Titus had no way of communicating the command to do so from jail and that therefore Brady acted on his own with no directives from Titus.

The big question, though, is whether Brady's conviction will be admissible at the Titus/Ryan trial or whether the defense can keep it out as excessively prejudicial and not sufficiently probative of whether or not Titus/Ryan killed Melissa James.
