My husband was a patient of Dr. Haggard's, and also happened to be a Police Officer. You would not believe the persecution that his patients, who are Police Officers or Firefighters, have faced! My husband was under an internal affairs investigation for over a year, before it was ruled unfounded. It was unfounded because the medical documentation and testing of hormone levels showed that my husband really needed hormone replacement therapy (steroids). Ridiculous what the DEA has put our family, and families like ours through.
