Same here. Plea guilty to 12 years and tarrant county DA said under there breath to give wife a short probation. (7 years while I
am in jail for 12. I pled guilty as my attorneys kept telling me whatever the judge says say guilty. "Dont screw this up"
WTF?
My wife attorney now a TC judge and his wife has my wifes case. I was told it was normal.
I paid $15,000 for her attorney and they wanted her to testify against me!
I paid $245,000 on my attorneys which I found out later were close friends with the DA for years.
Kids tormented and slammed with questions for 10 months!
Judge Berry can get her drunk driveing record search warrant thrown out but in my 2 year off search warrant and affidavits of wrong address they send it to trial!?!
I just hope judge Elizabeth Berry in tarrant county Texas can see thru the DAs BS in jan?
