Jeff Taylor does not look like he's suffering from HIV/AIDS wasting. He looks perfectly healthy and doesn't need steroids in my book.

Steroids SHOULD BE available to anyone with HIV disease who - at any point in their treament - looses 10% or more of their baseline body weight.

I never knew that steroids can actually used in HIV. If that is the case, they should be definitely allowed to use steroids. After all, nothing comes above saving their lives
