    Ergopharm release the official company response to media inquiries about a MLB player who tested positive for a banned substance (reported to be androstenedione) and is attributing the result to his use of the dietary supplement product(s) 6-OXO or 6-OXO Extreme.

    The press release supports the MESO-Rx blog article's suggestion that 6-OXO caused a FALSE positive for androstenedione.
