My jaw is on the floor..This doesn't even have a class or "racism or bigotry to go into" I mean this is soooo ridiculus along the lines of blacks sell crack, muslims are strapped with car bomb, whites with shaved heads are neo Nazis. Now working hard in the gym gets you detained. People driving late must be on meth, umm , But watchout what you do to known terrorists and for heaven's sake treat Mr bernie Madoff with respect. Mr Obama we defineitly need another 25 million to stake out the gyms for guys in tank tops. Oh, and if we see any women using free weights we must search their home..WOW

Brian Surber- you may wish to add professional wrestlers, olympic athletes that consistenly break records (especially those track stars with "muscular physiques" that fit your profile) professional football, baseball, and any other high profile athletes to your list. They fit the bill of probable cause because most of these athletes' physiques are above average muscularity. Don't forget your occasional men's fitness model with a six pack. Let's totally disregard their muscularity as a side effect of years of dedication and hard work they put into their prospective sport or lifestyle. By the way, you too may want to stay out of the gym to improve your physique lest you become suspect as well !!!
